About Jeannie

Jeannie has been an Artist, in some form, all her life, but particularly the last 30 years. She began her career as an Art Teacher on Long Island, N.Y. While raising 3 children, she chose to run a Hand Painted Clothing Business out of her home for a dozen years or so, all the while pursuing her Mural Painting passion. By popular demand, and a natural progression, her business grew into a Decorative Painting one for homes and businesses. To fund this new venture, she accepted a position with Home Depot, part time, and quickly worked her way up to Store Designer. She transformed her store with award winning displays and moved on to the Expo as a Bathroom Designer. Jeannie’s Designs, Inc. was also expanding, and she had to make a choice between the two. Obviously her passion for painting and design was stronger, and she has never looked back. She has strived to give her personal best to every client, and has cultivated many warm and loyal relationships with many of them. She continues to grow as an Artist by studying here in the U.S., and in Italy with the most formidable Artists from around the world of our time. Her work is original and inventive and yet can be traditional and classy. She prides herself with the importance of creating a relationship as well as creating a masterpiece for each and every client, appropriate to their budget. No job is too big, or too small.
